Each whole public warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share of Solarius Capital Acquisition Corp. at an exercise price of $11.50 per share, subject to customary adjustments. The warrants become exercisable 30 days after the completion of the SPAC’s initial business combination and expire five years after such completion—or earlier if redeemed or upon liquidation.
