In addition, the company has an option to purchase agreement to acquire a Giroux Project consisting of 12 patented claims located in southeast of Hawthorne; and option to acquire Garfield Flats property located in Mineral County, Nevada. Smooth Rock Ventures Corp. was incorporated in 1966 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
