The company's flagship project is the 100% owned Warintza Copper and Gold Project comprising nine metallic mineral concessions, which covers an area of 268 km2 located in Ecuador. It holds interest in Capricho and Paco Orco projects located in Peru; Ricardo and Tamarugo property in Chile; and La Verde property in Mexico. The company was formerly known as Solaris Copper Inc. and changed its name to Solaris Resources Inc. in December 2019. Solaris Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
