The Communication segment engages in the sale of recorded music on physical media or digital form; exploitation of copyrights and services to artists; editing and distribution of pay and free television channels; production, sale, and distribution of motion pictures and TV series; design and publishing of downloadable video games for mobiles and consoles; and provision of ticketing services, and communication and advertising agency consultancy. The Electricity Storage and Systems segment produces and sells electric batteries for electric vehicles, terminals and specialized systems, and plastic films, as well as telecommunications activities. It also manages a portfolio of financial investments. The company was formerly known as Financière de l'Odet SA and changed its name to Compagnie de l'Odet in May 2021. The company was incorporated in 1929 and is headquartered in Paris, France. Compagnie de l'Odet is a subsidiary of Bolloré SE.
