Century Aluminum Company is a leading producer of primary aluminum, specializing in standard-grade and value-added products such as ingots, billets, sows, and high-purity aluminum. The company operates smelter facilities in the United States, including Hawesville, Kentucky, and Mount Holly, South Carolina, as well as Grundartangi in Iceland, enabling energy-efficient production with access to renewable energy sources. It also manages a carbon anode production facility in the Netherlands to support its smelting operations. Century Aluminum supplies low-carbon, high-purity aluminum to diverse sectors including automotive, packaging, consumer electronics, building and construction, industrial equipment, electrical, defense, aerospace, and machinery.
